Sessions
How a session unfolds
Each session is 60 minutes and runs the same way every time — a container that lets you show up without preparation.
15 min
Arrival & orientation
We begin with a short check-in — where you are, what you're carrying. Then I walk you through the materials and the space so you can arrive fully before we start.
30 min
The flow
Unstructured time with charcoal and paper. No instructions, no right way. I hold the space while you move, mark, and follow what wants to come through.
15 min
Integration & sharing
We close by sitting with what emerged — noticing, naming if useful, letting it land. No analysis required.

About Sepideh

Sepideh has been connected to art and design since a very young age, always drawn to creativity as a form of expression and human connection. Through years of experience as a designer and design instructor across different universities, she developed a deep understanding of the emotional and human side of the creative process. Working closely with students from diverse backgrounds helped Sepideh recognize how often people become trapped by pressure, perfectionism, expectations, and the constant need to control themselves.
Inspired by the work of other artists, along with her own experiences and creative background, Flow was born. By combining music, body movement, and the physical act of moving charcoal across paper, Sepideh created Flow as an experience centred on release rather than result. Flow is not about creating artwork — it is about letting go. It invites people to disconnect from judgment, step outside restriction, and reconnect with movement, emotion, and presence in a raw and instinctive way.
Join Sepideh for a unique experience where movement, sound, and expression come together to encourage release, freedom, and reconnection — allowing participants to leave feeling lighter, more present, and more open.

Testimonials
“Going through this experience is something completely different from anything I've lived before. The Flow session was a deep encounter with myself. Letting go to the music, free movement and art feels like connecting with something essential, like breathing effortlessly and simply being. It brings back parts of you that you thought were forgotten, and focuses you on everything you're capable of achieving. I loved it because in a single space you can know yourself, remember yourself, and heal. I recommend it to anyone willing to reconnect with themselves. It's worth it.”

“The Flow experience was incredible. I had never attended an art therapy session before, so I didn't know what to expect, but from the moment it started, I felt guided and supported throughout the entire hour. Using black charcoal and flowing with the music, we were encouraged to paint freely and express ourselves without judgment. I went through a wide range of emotions during the session, and she guided us so naturally and intuitively, helping us push past our limits and move beyond the boundaries of the space we were given. It felt liberating, emotional, and deeply grounding all at once. I left feeling lighter, freer, and inspired. It's absolutely something I would do again.”
