Flow sessions use music and movement as a doorway out of your head and back into your body. No experience needed — only a willingness to show up and let go.
For anyone who feels stuck, overwhelmed, or cut off from themselves. Sessions work alongside therapy or coaching, or simply on their own.

How a session unfolds
Each session is 60 minutes and runs the same way every time — a container that lets you show up without preparation.

Arrival & orientation
We begin with a short check-in — where you are, what you're carrying. Then I walk you through the materials and the space so you can arrive fully before we start.
30 min
The flow
Unstructured time with charcoal and paper. No instructions, no right way. I hold the space while you move, mark, and follow what wants to come through.
15 min
Integration & sharing
We close by sitting with what emerged — noticing, naming if useful, letting it land. No analysis required.
